Red chilaquiles with cauliflower tortillas chips

You cannot miss this delicious red chilaquiles recipe with our unique and delicious baked cauliflower tortilla chips made with only two natural ingredients: cauliflower and corn.





Ingredients


8 tomato salad

1 white onion, quartered

2 cloves of garlic

1 serrano chili

3 guajillo chilies

2 tablespoons of oil

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tsp garlic powder

1 bag of CINCA tortilla chips

1 avocado, to decorate

1 tsp vegan almond cream

Almond toast, to grate

2 avocados



Preparation


1. Roast the whole tomatoes, the onion, the garlic and the chiles.

2. Blend the tomatoes, onion, garlic and roasted chiles at high speed until you get a sauce.

3. Place the oil in a medium saucepan over low heat and add the sauce.

4. Season to taste with salt, pepper and add the garlic powder.

5. Cook for 15 minutes or until the sauce is cooked.

6. Serve Totopos CINCA on a plate and pour a little of the sauce on top.

7. Accompany with half an avocado in thin slices, almond cream and grated almonds

toast with the help of a microplane (grater).
