Cauliflower tortilla chips with spinach dip

Are you a fan of dips? This is a delicious healthy recipe accompanied by our delicious cauliflower tortilla chips






Ingredients


Roasted garlic

1 head of garlic

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste


Spinach dip

1 cup of cashews, with 12 hours of soaking

2 ½ cups baby spinach

1-2 cups of water

Salt and pepper to taste

Five tortilla chips to serve


Preparation


Roasted garlic

1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.

2. Cut off the top of the head of garlic.

3. Place the head of garlic on a piece of aluminum foil and season to taste with olive oil,

salt and pepper.

4. Wrap in foil and roast for 70 minutes or until garlic is golden brown.

5. Remove from the oven, let cool, peel the garlic and use as you like.


Spinach dip 5. Place the previously soaked nuts in a food processor. 6. Add spinach, 5 roasted garlic cloves, water, and salt and pepper to taste. Grind until you get a creamy consistency. 7. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and add the spinach dip, heat for 10 minutes. 8. Serve in a tattoo and decorate with more roasted garlic. 9. Enjoy with Totopos CINCA.
